SENIOR UX RESEARCHER

I am a Senior UX Researcher with six years of experience leading research across retail, enterprise, and multi-product digital ecosystems. I run full-cycle research programs that include planning, moderation, analysis, and clear insight delivery. My expertise covers both qualitative and quantitative methods such as benchmarking, digital factor analysis, eye tracking, in-depth interviews, and structured research protocols. I work closely with product, design, and engineering partners to uncover user needs and translate findings into decisions that support product strategy and broader business goals. I also manage research roadmaps across multiple teams and help maintain alignment as priorities evolve.

Previously, I collaborated with the College of Nursing at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee to design and evaluate training programs. My work blends quantitative and qualitative methods, and I thrive in close collaboration with diverse stakeholders to deliver research that informs product strategy and drives measurable impact.
