MY STORY

I’m a Senior UX Researcher who helps teams understand what people need, where digital experiences break down, and how to make products easier to use.

My background combines corporate UX research, academic research, and graduate work in Human-Computer Interaction. That mix gives me both the rigor to design thoughtful studies and the practicality to move quickly in product environments.

I’ve led research across retail, ecommerce, enterprise tools, accessibility-focused experiences, and multi-product digital ecosystems.

I care most about research that helps teams make better decisions. Whether I’m conducting interviews, usability testing, surveys, benchmarking, eye tracking, or synthesis, my goal is always the same: turn messy human behavior into clear, useful direction for product and design teams.

I’m especially interested in inclusive and accessible experiences, and I’m drawn to work that makes digital products more usable for people who are often overlooked in the design process.
